When you register, you’ll be supporting your neighbours across our community who are the recipients of Community Care Northumberland’s 5 core service areas: Transportation, Nutrition, Wellness, In-Home Services, Hospice Services.
Here’s how your support helps us serve over 5,000 residents in Northumberland County
- 42,136 Meals on Wheels Delivered through CCN Nutrition Services
- 1,297 Clients supported through CCN In-Home Services
- 1,480 Clients supported through CCN Wellness Programs
- 1,762 Clients supported through CCN Volunteer and Accessible Transportation
- 754 Clients supported through CCN/Ed’s House Hospice Services
- 28 Clients supported through CCN’s Wrap-Around Services
Here are the details you’ll need to mark on your calendar:
Event: Community Care “Caring for Our Community Golf Tournament 2024”
Date: June 20th, 2024
Arrival/Check-in: 8:00am
Time: 9:00 AM (Shotgun Start)
Location: Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club
Registration Fee: $150 per golfer, includes 18 holes, lunch, cart
Meal Choice: Steak, Chicken, Vegetarian Burger, Vegetarian Wrap
*Please note we offer a charitable tax receipt for $40 per registration that will be processed after you register. Due to CRA guidelines, the receipt will be issued in the name of the person paying for the registration. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 365-400-1592.
Please arrive promptly at the course on the day of the event to ensure a smooth check-in process. You’ll have the opportunity to meet fellow participants, enjoy some light refreshments and purchase your $20 activity package for special contests on the course.
