Student-Administrative Assistant
(Full-time 35 hours/week for up to 16 consecutive weeks)

Cobourg

Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations and Communications, job duties include working with current staff assisting with event planning and implementation, and updating websites, and social media platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be currently enrolled in a secondary or post‐secondary institution
• Must be between the ages of 15 – 30
• Interested in Event Planning and/or Communications
• Must able to work in Northumberland County and legally allowed to work in Canada
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills in MS office and data bases
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours

Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Screening will is required for those over 18.

The rate of pay for this position is $17.60/hour.
