Community Care Northumberland’s ‘Caring Fore Our Community’ Golf Tournament Raises $18,100 for Essential Programs in Northumberland County

Community Care Northumberland (CCN) is thrilled to announce the success of its annual ‘Caring Fore Our Community’ Golf Tournament, held on June 20, 2024, at Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club in Grafton. The event raised an impressive $18,100, ensuring the continued affordability and accessibility of CCN’s programs and services for clients throughout Northumberland County.

CCN is dedicated to providing essential services such as nutrition, transportation, wellness programs, in-home assistance, and hospice care, supporting seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering from illness or injury to maintain independence in their homes and communities.

The ‘Caring Fore Our Community’ Golf Tournament serves as a crucial fundraising initiative for CCN, enabling the organization to deliver a wide range of community-based programs that improve the health and wellbeing of Northumberland County residents.
