Northumberland County, July 4, 2023 – Community Care Northumberland (CCN) is thrilled to announce the successful outcome of its annual ‘Caring Fore Our Community’ Golf Tournament, held on June 22, 2023. With the support of generous community sponsors, donors and golfers, the event raised an impressive $22,461, ensuring the continued affordability and accessibility of CCN’s programs and services for clients throughout Northumberland County.
CCN is committed to providing essential services such as nutrition, transportation, wellness, and in-home assistance to seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or injury, as well as hospice clients and their loved ones and caregivers. CCN’s programs empower individuals to maintain their independence and receive the necessary support within the comfort of their own homes and communities.
