"You matter because you are you. You matter to the last moment of your life, and we will do all we can, not only to help you die peacefully but also to live until you die." ~ Dame Cicely Saunders
Our Hospice Services program works collaboratively to provide clinical and nonclinical care in the community to patients with a life-limiting illness and to their caregivers. It is a consistent point of support across care settings from the point of diagnosis to ongoing support to family, friends and caregivers.
Check out the new 8th Annual Hospice Hike event page to learn how you can support this program.
Our "Move For What Matters" has become the
8th Annual "Hospice Hike"
Sunday, May 6th, 2018 • Memorial Park, Main St., Brighton • 10:00 am
Our staff and trained volunteers focus on dignity and individual needs as they provide compassionate care and support to clients and their families. Our services and programs allow us to support clients in a variety of locations, providing continuity if a client moves from place to place. This support program is offered at no cost to clients or their families. We need pledges and participation in our “Hospice Hike” walk to help ensure that this continues.
