Community Care Northumberland offices are closed to the public in an effort to support social distancing and to protect our staff, volunteers and clients.

At this time payments can be mailed or credit card payments can be taken over the phone.

A one-time settlement home from the hospital that can include transportation, grocery shopping, medication pick up, preparing a small meal and providing personal care and/or homemaking. Qualifying clients may receive enhanced supports to make the transition from hospital to home a success.
Home Help provides assistance with household activities such as light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation. Home Maintenance provides assistance with heavier chores such as minor home repairs, snow shovelling and yeard maintenance. These services are provided by brokered workers.
