Sponsored by the Ian & Stella Tate Memorial Fund.

The Tates were long time hospice palliative care program supporters and believed that these services should be available for residents within Northumberland County.

Annual Memory Trees

Each year, Community Care Northumberland's Hospice Services department provides a special opportunity to the public to remember a loved one during the holiday season.  You to simply write the person’s name on the ornaments that are provided and hang it on your local Memory Tree.

It is a simple ritual of remembrance to express the feelings of love you hold in your heart for those who have died.  Recognizing and honouring the person once again is a gentle way to include them in the holiday season.
