Provincialwide Stay-At-Home Order in Effect
As COVID-19 cases continue to rise at an alaraming rate, the Province has declared an emergency and Stay-At-Home order is in effect as of April 8, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. This order has been introduced to preserve public health system capacity, safeguard vulnerable populations, allow for progress to be made with vaccinations and save lives as the Province combats the third wave of COVID-19.

Please be advised that local health partners are working diligently to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all citizens within Northumberland County.
Each of us have a responsibility to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Wash your hands. Cover your mouth while sneezing. Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
If you have a fever and/or cough, have traveled to one of the affected countries in the past 14 days, or have had close or confirmed contact with a probable case, self-isolate at home, do not go to the Emergency Department.
