About Community Care Northumberland
Established in 1988, we are a not for profit organization operating throughout Northumberland County with six local program offices in:

Our qualified staff and volunteers provide a variety of important support programs to seniors and adults with disabilities, allowing them to remain independent within their own homes and communities.

- Transportation (including rural and accessible options)
- Wellness Program
** Our visiting hospice palliative care program assists individuals of all ages living with a life-threatening illness or in need of end of life care and on-going support to their families, friends and caregivers.
Partial funding for Community Care Northumberland has been provided by the Central East Local Health Integration twork (Central East LHIN). Our Service Accountability Agreement with them is linked on the left side of this screen.
As a not for profit charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals, corporate partners, and community groups. Each dollar you donate to us will be used to support your local community.
